Your Mission

As our Lead Video Editor , you’ll own the creation and evolution of high-performing video content across organic and paid channels. You’ll be responsible for transforming raw footage into clear, engaging, and conversion-driven videos—balancing storytelling, pacing, and performance insights to drive real results. You’ll work closely with Growth, Creative, and Brand teams to define and scale So Shall We’s visual identity, while continuously improving output quality, speed, and consistency through systems and AI‑driven workflows.
