What You Will Do:

• Collaborating with the cross-functional leadership team to define the product vision, strategy and goals, and ensuring work activities are focused on delivering on the vision, strategy and goals
• Defining and communicating a clear design vision aligned with the overall product vision
• Overseeing the iterative design process, from idea discovery to concepting to product market fit testing and finally to product launches, incorporating user research and testing at every stage to ensure the product achieves its stated goals
• Overseeing all product design activities, ensuring the work is high quality and delivered on time and on budget
