We are seeking a Senior Software Developer who can lead an agile delivery team, serve as Scrum Master, and provide hands-on technical direction to drive high-quality outcomes. This role requires a strong mix of technical leadership, solutioning, and delivery execution, including the ability to design and build POCs and present recommendations to a Technical Review Board.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and mentor developers; set coding standards and ensure delivery quality.
Act as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and maintain team velocity.
Drive technical direction and align implementation to architecture and best practices.
Design and develop POCs to validate approaches and de-risk delivery.
