Responsibilities

• Participates in creating Lean deployment plans.
• Creates, maintains and improves lean documentation (process map, procedures, forms, etc).
• Communicates progress.
• Links projects to SQDPC initiatives.
• Evaluate improvement initiatives against quantifiable KPI’s to measure effectiveness, taking action when necessary.
• Assist with, facilitate or lead kaizen and continuous improvement events.
• Assist with event planning, tracking, and monitoring sijait.
• Along with lean technician, ensuresUpgrade plant layout is maintained and aligned with current needs & future projects.
• Increase FOD awareness and control across the organization.
• Train the trainer approach.
• Drives for perfection towards stretch targets.
• Maintains open line of communication.
