What You’ll Do

• Facilitate engaging on‑site and virtual training for new and existing Firm Members, ensuring their growth and development.
• Foster a supportive learning environment aligned with the Firm’s values and strategies by providing tools and activities that promote professional development.
• Conduct technology‑focused training sessions and coaching for staff and lawyers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Observe and evaluate participant performance during training, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
• Continuously improve learning programs based on participant feedback and recommendations.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of course curriculum and courseware, ensuring they meet the needs of learners.
