Learning & Development Associate – 18‑Month Contract

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Associate to join the Private Client Group (PCG) team in a hybrid work style capacity in our Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver office.

How the role impacts the organization

The Learning & Development Associate will enhance employee competencies by designing and conducting branch‑training programs that improve workplace performance in line with the company’s core values. Responsibilities include performing training needs assessments, designing, creating curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of branch training. Materials include job‑aids, e‑learnings, micro‑learnings, newsletter articles, videos, and more. The Associate will also facilitate webinars and workshop‑style training sessions.
