We are looking

for someone who:
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)

  • Experience in internship program management or campus engagement is a plus

  • Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and talent development

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills

  • Passion for people development and organizational growth

  • Pleasant personality & Good Interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English communication skills

  • Customer orientation, Enthusiasm, Team builderInitiative, Self starter

  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
