Learning Solution Manager

Salary: CAD $70k base per annum

About the Role

Learning Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of a program of already approved projects and sub projects relating to a larger need. They partner with Learning Consultants to prioritize plans and communicate with stakeholders. They lead the creation of high-level program and project plans to support the design, development, delivery, and implementation of instructor-led training materials, web-based learning solutions, or game-based learning in a matrix organization. When needed, they oversee one or more Level 1 project managers and internal and client status meetings. They create and review project schedules and budgets, and participate in the solutioning process by creating presentations and solution definitions.
