Job Title: Learning Solution Manager

Salary: CAD $70k base per annum

About the Role

Learning Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of a Program of already approved projects and sub projects relating to a larger need. They will partner with Learning Consultants to prioritize plan and communicate with stakeholders. They will lead creation of high level program and project plans to support design, development, delivery, and implementation of instructor‑led training materials, web‑based learning solutions, or game‑based learning in a matrix organization. Where needed, oversees one or more Level 1 PMs and internal and client status meetings. Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets. Learning Solutions Managers will be expected to participate in the solutioning process by creating presentations and solution definitions.
