Job Description
DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES- In collaboration with FoA leadership, engages in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring EDII programming to ensure effective student development.
- Identifies opportunities to align with TRU’s Strategic Plan, departmental goals, and other TRU initiatives.
- Serves as a resource to students on issues and concerns related to diversity and equity through consultation and collaboration.
- Provides clear communication to students, faculty, staff, and others about initiatives and programs.
- Supports the resolution of challenging issues through consultation and collaboration with FoA leadership.
- Develops and manages a database to collect information regarding resources and to coordinate and develop individual cases and referrals.
