Lease Accounting Specialist supports lease accounting activities across real estate, fleet, and equipment portfolios for multiple entities and regions. Responsibilities include contributing to the accurate and timely recognition, measurement, and reporting of lease transactions in compliance with IFRS 16 and US GAAP (ASC 842). The position involves participation in period‑close processes, preparation of financial disclosures, audit support, and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistent financial reporting.
You will:
Apply IFRS 16 / ASC 842 to initial recognition, remeasurement, and subsequent accounting of leases (ROU assets, lease liabilities, interest, depreciation)
