Job Description
Seize the opportunity with JLL as a Leasing and Asset Management Analyst in Toronto. Leverage your Excel expertise and analytical skills to enhance our asset portfolio.
In this role at JLL, you’ll support the Director of Asset Management and the VP of Leasing. A minimum of three years of experience in leasing and asset management is required. You'll manage lease administration while utilizing real estate terminology, contributing to high-impact decisions in commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the deal tracking process effectively
• Organize lease filing and reporting systems
• Prepare net effective rent analyses for precision
• Develop strong lease recommendations for clients
• Oversee quarterly budget process and valuations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in leasing or asset management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and terminology
• Experience with NER calculations and valuations
