Job Description

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Advising customers of lease options. 
  • Answering customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis. 
  • Completing paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts. 
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner. 
  • Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.
  • Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
  • Setting appointments and reselling all of our leases that are coming to an end. 
  • Actively supporting, encouraging, and motivating sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.
  • Exhibiting a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
