As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced legal operations and contracts professional to help manage day-to-day legal affairs, commercial contracts, corporate records, regulatory documentation, and coordination with external legal counsel. This is not a General Counsel role and does not require the candidate to be a licensed lawyer. The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Law Clerk, Corporate Law Clerk, Legal Operations professional, Contracts Manager, or legal support professional who has strong experience working with Canadian law firms, commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and regulated business environments.
