Position Description:

Assist lawyers by assembling, organizing, and maintaining client and case information.

Draft, revise, and finalize litigation documents including pleadings, motions, notices, affidavits, and correspondence.

Coordinate the service and filing of court documents, including preparing Affidavits of Service and liaising with process servers as needed.

Prepare and proofread estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and related trust materials.
