Your new role

As Compliance & Legal Officer, you will play a central role in safeguarding Lundbeck’s operations across Spain and Portugal. You will ensure that local activities are fully aligned with global policies and local regulatory frameworks, while actively supporting the business in navigating complex compliance landscapes. You will oversee compliance processes, manage risk assessments, and review key business activities, including CRM entries and legal documentation. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to the affiliate, providing guidance that enables compliant and responsible decision‑making.
