**Legal Coordinator**
Act as a business enabler in a dynamic and continuously transforming environment while safeguarding Philips’ legal rights and interests. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the different businesses, supporting strategic decisions while managing complex legal matters across multiple areas.
**Your role:**
+ Manage and contribute to **litigation matters** , including complex and strategic cases, in collaboration with external law firms
+ Draft, review, and **negotiate contracts** with medium to high complexity, particularly within the healthcare sector
+ Provide **legal support in tendering processes** (public procurement), ensuring compliance and enabling business success
+ Deliver **practical, business-oriented legal advice** to multiple stakeholders across the organization
