Purpose of the Role The Legal Counsel will provide day to day legal support to our business, with a primary focus on sales contracts across projects and channel activities. Working under the supervision of senior legal colleagues, the role supports the operational needs of the business while contributing to risk management, claims oversight, compliance initiatives and the continuous improvement of legal processes and standards. What will you do: Sales contracts, projects and channel support: Provide day to day legal support to sales teams in relation to project and channel contracts. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer, project, framework, distribution, reseller and confidentiality agreements. Support the application of standard templates, playbooks and approval processes, identifying and escalating deviations from standard positions where required.
