As an OGC Ford Champ , you will be responsible for supporting the legal department in corporate governance, contract management, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.
Responsibilities
What you ́ll do:
Legal Reporting: Generate and maintain legal reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the status of pending matters and departmental KPIs.
Internal Control & Compliance: Support internal control processes related to supplier due diligence and the verification of legal documentation.
Contract Drafting: Assist in the drafting, review, and editing of various legal documents, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and amendments.
