Education : EQUIVALENTEXPERIENCE

This function provides legal support for the Mexican affiliate, in coordination with the Americas Legal Team.

As part of this function, the person will be assisting the various business departments in the negotiation, structuring and/or execution of the Company's commercial arrangements, which occur in a highly regulated environment.

Will be responsible for all aspects of the legal function in Mexico, including providing both day-to-day and strategic legal support for labor and employment, tax, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, risk management, corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of Elanco in Mexico.

For this, it is necessary to associate with the business, commercial, HR, finance, quality, manufacturing, and compliance development teams, among others, issuing advice to integrate all the legal requirements and company standards.
