Superpowers
you have are

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Level Design on AA/AAA PC or console titles.

  • At least one shipped title with substantial ownership of linear or semi-linear level design across a full product.

  • Proven expertise in combat arena design for linear FPS or action titles — cover integration, enemy placement logic, approach vector design, and spatial pacing.

  • Strong in Unreal Engine 5 — Blueprint scripting, terrain and landscape tools, performance-conscious layout practices.

  • Experience leading or mentoring a Level Design team.

  • Practical navmesh and AI navigation knowledge.

  • Strong documentation skills.

  • Proven cross-disciplinary collaborator.

  • Excellent written and verbal English.
