Insight Global is looking for a Licencing Associate to join a major Wealth Management client. A typical day in this role involves reviewing the prior day’s client transactions, including incoming funds, transfers, and account debits, and ensuring all activity is accurately processed with a clear understanding of investment trades. The associate proactively contacts clients to confirm the receipt of funds, explain account activity, and respond to inquiries, while also managing daily email correspondence and scheduling client meetings. Significant time is spent preparing for meetings by reviewing client accounts, identifying outstanding action items, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. All client interactions, meetings, and preparation notes are accurately recorded in the CRM to support compliance and continuity.
