Become a critical part of resident health at Chartwell as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Provide high-quality care and support within a vibrant retirement community.
The full-time position includes 2 days and 2 evenings shifts, emphasizing personal care, medication administration, and resident assessments. Ideal candidates will have experience in geriatric or long-term nursing and an understanding of the aging process. Collaborating with families and Health Care Aides is essential for delivering exemplary care.
