Contribute to community safety as a Lifeguard and Aquatic Instructor with the City of Yellowknife. Provide supervision, instruction, and support exceptional aquatic programs for various age groups.

As a Lifeguard and Instructor, you will report to the Programs Manager while being supervised by the Pool Supervisor. This role entails maintaining safety standards, leading aquatic programs, and delivering outstanding customer service. You may also guide part-time staff as a shift leader and assist with special events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide constant safety supervision at the pool
• Instruct a variety of aquatic programs for all ages
• Maintain pool facilities and perform maintenance tasks
• Lead part-time staff in the absence of supervisors
• Support special events and community engagement
