Job Description

  • Location: Simcoe, Ontario, Canada
  • Compensation: 
  • Job Type: Part-Time Contract (6 Months)
  • Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required 

    • Job Overview:
    The Lifestyle Rental Consultant is responsible for professionally qualifying prospective residents and follow-up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites. 

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.
  • Assist with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required. 
  • Process application forms and handle all phone calls. 
  • In case of any issues and concerns, the Rental Agent is responsible to escalate the concern to the Property Manager. 
  • Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork (applications, leases, etc.) and move-in & move out ins...
