The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, particularly defending complex healthcare-related claims, including professional liability, institutional negligence, regulatory-adjacent disputes, and high-exposure tort matters. Candidates with directly relevant experience will be given priority, but those with strong litigation skills in other areas who are interested in transitioning to civil defense of long-term care providers, nonprofit entities, and similar clients are strongly encouraged to apply.
