About the Company

Our client, a respected law firm located in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Litigation Law Clerk to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office.

This position is best suited to an experienced Law Clerk with strong Construction Litigation experience, particularly in lien work, court proceedings, and adjudication matters under the Construction Act.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and prepare litigation materials including pleadings, affidavits, Statements of Claim, and motion materials
• Issue actions/applications and manage service of court documents under the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Prepare Affidavit of Documents and related discovery materials
