Responsibilities

• Dispatch couriers for pickups and deliveries ensuring maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in service.
• Monitor and evaluate route loads to ensure balance of workload, flexibility of workforce, reassignments, and provide coverage in the event of breakdowns.
• Organize pick‑up/delivery requests for customers according to location and reroute couriers when necessary.
• Handle all customer incoming calls regarding pickup/delivery matters.
• Communicate with station personnel or customers about estimated time of arrival and other related questions or concerns.
• Stay knowledgeable on city geography and traffic flow to provide directions to customer locations as needed.
