**General job description**
- Responsible for preparation of necessary customs forms to enable import, export, and transshipments procedures to take place in a time, efficient, and effective manner for consignments arriving/departing NA.
Ex: mater airway bills, cargo manifests and general declarations, invoices and other related paperwork.
- Interfaces with middle and high level customs officials, government agencies and customer, and other FedEx departments in customs-related matters.
- Remains updated on new customs laws, rules, regulations, and practices and ensures station's immediate compliance.
