Acts as lead in coordinating annual business planning process for appropriate operating unit. Process includes developing targets, ensuring timely business plan assumption and information flow to analysis and/or operating management. Analysis major operational and strategic proposals affecting operating units; provides business impact studies on all such proposals, ensuring focus on corporate impact.
