**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front end loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials safely and efficiently
+ Conduct pre shift inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order
+ Load trucks and hopper systems according to production requirements and quality standards
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety procedures
+ Communicate with team members and supervisors to support smooth daily operations
