Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Local Compliance and Data Protection Officer to support and oversee Compliance, Data Protection, ESG, and Sustainability activities across our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, provincial, and industry specific regulations while maintaining strong internal governance and data privacy standards. The successful candidate will safeguard organizational integrity, support ethical business conduct, and lead sustainability efforts aligned with North American expectations and regulations.
