DELIVERABLE 2 - Diagnostic report on the methodologies applied in local services and how they may be adapted to serve the typical profile of users who fall under the category of victims or potential victims of forced labour or trafficking in persons. DELIVERABLE 3 - Diagnostic report on the municipal legislation regulating the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS) and the provision of emergency benefits in the supported municipalities.
