We are seeking a highly motivated Local Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Procurement organization at EAS (Ericsson Antenna System), based in Tetla Tlaxcala, Mexico.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a local supplier base within assigned commodities, with a strong focus on local market intelligence, supplier scouting, qualification, and localization.
You will act as the key interface between global category strategies and local execution, ensuring competitiveness, supply continuity, and compliance with EAS requirements.
You will work closely with global category teams, Strategic Sourcing Managers, R&D, Supply, Quality, and Manufacturing to enable cost-efficient, resilient, and compliant sourcing solutions.
