A dynamic laboratory is looking for an experienced Shipper/Receiver to oversee domestic and international shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Receive incoming goods, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and process receiving documentation.
• Arrange and coordinate shipments via:
  • Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, etc.)
  • Less‑Than‑Truckload (LTL)
  • Full Truckload (FTL)
  • Air Freight
  • Ocean Freight
• Prepare shipping documents including:
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Bills of Lading (BOL)
  • Packing Lists
  • Export Documentation
  • Dangerous Goods Declarations
  • Certificates of Origin (when required)
