Responsibilities

• A CSR role that encompasses customer service, logistics & inside sales responsibilities
• Support the traders
• Entering purchase orders
• Coordinating pickup and delivery of the product
• Prepare and provide customs documentation
• Creating invoices
• Handling spot deals such as freight rates and costings

Qualifications / Key attributes

• Go with the flow; high energy and ability to stay productive during slower times
• Fast learner; questions are ok, just not the same ones over and over
• Willing to wear many hats and assist where needed
