Role Overview

As an Operations Support you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost‑effective, efficient, timely, and high‑quality logistics solutions.

• Track and trace loads and update their status in the systems (loadboards, portals and TMS).
• Confirm that drivers are on the move and adhering to schedule.
• Dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries.
