Description & Requirements

Investor Relations is the liaison between Wall Street and lululemon's senior leadership team. The role is responsible for earnings communications, analyst engagement, and investor materials, while supporting activist and shareholder interactions in partnership with leadership, Legal, and Finance.

Core Responsibilities

• Drafting quarterly and annual earnings scripts, Q&A materials, and investor presentations.
• Engage directly with sell‑side analysts and investor communities following earnings releases.
• Manage ongoing relationships with select sell‑side analysts, including financial model review and narrative clarification.
• Support engagement with activist investors by preparing materials, analysis, and messaging.
• Partner with SLT, Legal, FP&A, Finance, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Development teams to craft our narrative to Wall Street.
