About the role

The Business Development Associate will spend the majority of their time proactively engaging with owners and executive teams of software companies, many of which serve engineering, industrial, and Oil & Gas end markets, to originate and develop acquisition opportunities. This role plays a critical front‑end function in our M&A strategy and requires both persistence and strong business judgment.

Location : Hybrid out of our downtown Calgary office. Some international travel (<5%) ...
