**Job Description Summary**
The M&A Program Manager will lead and continuously mature the standard work, governance model and execution framework for Digital Technology across all Electrification M&A activities. This role combines strategic ownership of repeatable M&A processes, tools and playbooks with leadership of complex, high-impact transactions.

The individual will partner closely with senior Digital Technology leaders, business stakeholders, Business Development, functional leaders and external partners to assess technology environments, shape transaction strategy, identify key risks and dependencies, estimate separation or integration costs and lead execution planning across M&A activities.
