Harbinger Network has partnered with an industry leading facility in the Brantford/Paris area to find a highly skilled and proven Machine Shop Supervisor. This is an opportunity for a LICENSED Machinist with strong leadership experience to step into a critical role overseeing a team of 30–35 machinists and material handlers in a fully custom, heavy‑industrial environment.

This position is open due to an internal promotion. You will report directly to an experienced manufacturing leader who began his career in machining and understands the technical demands of the role. The expectation is clear: lead from the front, support your people, and drive operational excellence in a complex, custom machining environment.
