Job Description
- Provide full technology stack planning, administration, and support for Client's Mainframe environment, including z/OS, Db2, CICS TS, MQ, and ISV software
- Monitor system health, schedule jobs (Autosys), and manage batch execution processes
- Manage disk and tape systems including virtual tape libraries
- Assist in ensuring Service Now CMDB is refreshed and updated so that it can be utilized for mainframe capacity planning
- Perform incident management, change implementation, and recovery procedures
- Administer mainframe security via RACF and perform regular performance tuning
- Provide operational and disaster recovery support for mainframe environments
- Manage software lifecycle, ensure compliance (NERC/CIP/SOX), and support application- and system-level tasks
