Job Title Maintenance and Operations Manager
Location 38696 Cabot Trail Road, Ingonish Beach, Nova Scotia, B0C 1L0, Canada (Ingonish, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia)
Employment Full‑time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Description Cape Smokey is developing a major year‑round resort and ski hill, featuring the first gondola in Atlantic Canada, a 16‑run ski hill, a restaurant, microbrewery, and a treewalk. The Maintenance and Operations Manager (NOC 70012) will oversee overall operations and maintenance of the ski hill.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the ski hill.
Prepare budgets for the ski hill and monitor revenues and expenses.
Plan, organize, and direct maintenance services for the ski hill.
Develop, implement, and manage snowmaking and other maintenance schedules year‑round.
