ROLE PURPOSE

The Maintenance and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for delivering hands‑on building maintenance services to ensure a clean, safe, and well‑functioning environment across one assigned property (approximately 60% of the role). This includes completing a range of interior and exterior hands‑maintenance tasks, including performing minor construction, electrical and plumbing tasks and projects.

This role involves coordinating administrative and operational details (approximately 40%), including organizing maintenance schedules, liaising with external contractors for work beyond scope, coordinating invoices, and ensuring timely communication and follow‑up to effectively support service users and staff.
