The Maintenance Lead Hand will play a crucial role in the plants production and operations division, ensuring that all mechanical equipment and systems are operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all mechanical equipment and systems within the plant.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment as per work order requests, equipment stoppages, or breakdowns.
• Assign tasks to employees, provide adequate training, and ensure all tasks are completed to specifications.
• Adhere to and utilize company policies/procedures and HACCP regulations.
