Lead a team of Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Technicians to support BU operation.
Ensure that work is completed in accordance with all Safety Policies and Procedures.
Manage the maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant equipment and systems while ensuring maximum production quantity and quality.
Perform Maintenance tasks as needed to support the operation.
Coordinate activities of outside contractors as needed for facility Maintenance.
Support the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Manage Maintenance department (4-6 Supervisors and ******* Maintenance Technicians through 7 days per week 24 hr schedule)
- Responsible for uptime of automated and assembly equipment.
