We have a great opportunity as a Maintenance Manager based in Norway. The purpose of the position is to ensure uptime and safe operation of the plant by leading and following up the daily operation of the maintenance department, including coordination of work tasks in the team. He/She will also be responsible for structurally improving reliability of equipment by execution of FMEA, data analysis and/or optimization of corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
The technical manager has personnel responsibility for employees in the department. The position is part of the operations management team at the factory, and works closely with other departments.
