Job Summary: 

As a Maintenance Mechanic 3 at Behr, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing complex equipment and systems across our manufacturing or distribution operations. With advanced troubleshooting skills, you will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.

Your daily responsibilities will include performing both reactive repairs and proactive preventative maintenance, fabricating and modifying components, and supporting our team members. You will also maintainaccurate records, promote safety, and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
