We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee, assign, and prioritize maintenance and repair operations across our residential properties in the Burnaby area. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role provides direct leadership to the maintenance technician team, ensuring high standards of service, safety, responsiveness, and quality control.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. The successful candidate will actively lead maintenance work, support technicians in completing daily tasks, visit multiple residential properties regularly, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
