We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and strengthen our maintenance function on‑site.

Position Overview

This is a working lead role — ideal for a senior technician who is ready to step into leadership without leaving the shop floor behind. You will perform day-to-day maintenance while supervising and mentoring one electromechanical technician. Together, you will keep our production equipment running at peak performance, drive a culture of preventive maintenance, and own the general upkeep of our facility.
